As a Senior Partner of 128 CRE, Adam's focus is on the Office Leasing and Sales sector within the Central 128/95-Mass Pike submarket. Adam spent the first fourteen (14+) plus years of his career at Boston Realty Advisors where he was a key contributor to the growth and success of the Suburban Team while consistently ranking among the firm's top producers.
By adopting a strict geographic focus, Adam has developed an extensive knowledge of the marketplace he serves. This provides his clients with unique advantages; from site selection to transaction execution. Assisting with space acquisitions/dispositions, lease renegotiations/extensions and tactical planning are among Adam's strongest assets when engaged as a Tenant Representative. With respect to Landlord Representation, Adam has provided both private and institutional ownership groups with exceptional results by eliminating vacancies and consulting on lease extensions/renewals.
A native of Newton, Adam is a member of the Needham Council of Economic Advisors, the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee and the National Association of Industrial Office Properties' (NAIOP). Adam, his wife and two children currently live in Needham.
