Client Services Advisor

128 CRE is a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory firm based in Newton, MA. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Client Services Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the business, with a focus on the leasing and sales sides of our operations. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, coordinating marketing efforts, managing client relationships, maintaining and organizing databases, and assisting the Client Services Director and brokers on a range of company projects. This position offers valuable opportunities to participate in client meetings, pitches, and negotiations, providing hands-on experience in a client facing role within the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for lease and sale transaction closings, including preparing and managing documents.
• Collaborate with the leasing team on day-to-day transactional processes and client interactions.
• Participate in client meetings and gain on-the-ground leasing experience.
• Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and organization.
• Track and correspond with clients to provide smooth communication and relationship management.
• Coordinate with the marketing department on leasing brochures and other various marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Salespersons/brokers licenses or ability to promptly obtain one
• Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tool preferred
• Organized, thoughtful and strategic in task management
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented

128 CRE is seeking summer interns who are interested in breaking into the Commercial Real Estate industry. These interns will have the chance to gain hands on experience, collaborate with industry professionals, assist with property research, marketing efforts, and gain valuable insight into commercial leasing and sales. Roles of the internship will include but not be limited to:

• Shadowing team members during property tours and observing deal negotiations

• Fielding inquiries and providing information on property listings
• Coordinating marketing efforts for property listings
