Professional Experience
Jeremy's expertise is in advising commercial real estate owners and occupiers within the Suburban Boston markets. He built his 20+ year real estate career beginning with Chicago-based Sheldon Good and Company and then honed his commercial experience in suburban Boston commercial real estate with R.W. Holmes and Boston Realty Advisors. As a founding member of 128 CRE, Jeremy has been involved in the sale and leasing of over one billion dollars of real estate across a variety of asset classes throughout his career. Jeremy is the current president of The New England Chapter of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has completed post-graduate work in Real Estate Finance at Harvard University. He has also completed the ARW's Enterprise, CCIM 101, AARE 101 & 102 certifications.
Jeremy spends a significant amount of his time within both the public sector and philanthropic world, contributing his energy to the Economic Development Commission for The City of Newton, the Newton/Needham (N2) Real Estate Task Force Committee, and as passionate coach for Hockey Teams throughout the region. Jeremy, his wife, and three children currently live in Newton.
